The SJG type diagonal flow fan is a product of the national "Spark" project and a new generation fan developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. SJG type diagonal flow fan is a new type of low-noise, high-efficiency and energy-saving diagonal flow fan. The fan flow rate is greater than that of the centrifugal fan of the same model, the total pressure is higher than that of the axial flow fan of the same model, and the volume is smaller than that of the centrifugal fan. The fan has undergone experimental research using a simulation machine, and new blade shapes and blades have been used to achieve higher flow rates and pressures, improving the efficiency of the fan. Widely used in air supply and exhaust systems for industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, sports venues, etc.
2、 Product Features
1. New structure: SJG oblique flow fan is a derivative product of SWF series fans, which adopts a drum shaped air duct to change the direction of airflow to achieve oblique flow. It has the characteristics of high pressure coefficient of centrifugal fans and high flow coefficient of axial fans, and has the advantages of low noise, low power consumption, and compact structure.
2. Strong optional performance parameters: SJG type diagonal flow fans are divided into more than ten specifications and machine numbers according to the impeller diameter of 200-800mm, with air volume ranging from 200-2500m3/h and total pressure ranging from 50-1200Pa. The performance parameters are highly selectable.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades are made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, stamped and cut, and formed by hydraulic molds. The wheel hub is made of high-quality Q235 Baosteel steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is stretched and formed by hydraulic press. The blades are welded using specialized welding fixtures and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. And after calibration using a hard supported dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy has reached G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut by plasma cutting, rolled and spun into shape with three core coils, and connected as a whole by two conical cylinders with bolts. Ensure that the air duct has sufficient strength, rigidity, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Inner cylinder: Q235 steel plate produced by high-quality Baosteel is cut using a shearing machine, rolled into a circle using a three core coil, and two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun onto the inner cylinder using a reinforcing press. Ensure that the inner cylinder has sufficient strength and rigidity. The guide vanes are cut by plasma, molded by hydraulic press, and welded with carbon dioxide protection.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
